Hela folks!! St. Paddy’s day is nearby and we are here ready with the recipes of dishes that you can easily make on that day. Be it the invites or just friends, we have it for all. Here are few recipes for St. Patrick’s feast.

Starting with the appetizers till the desserts, we have it all.. Oh yes of course the recipes.

ST. PATRICK'S DAY APPETIZERS:
1. Chicago dip:
Here is another recipe that requires only minutes to prepare, and the ingredients required are:
•           1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
•           1 cup sour cream
•           1 cup mayonnaise
•           3/4th cup chopped green onions
•           2 teaspoons dried parsley
•           1 teaspoon lemon juice
•           ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
•           1 loaf round, crusty Italian bread
Now to prepare this dish you need to follow these steps:
a.         In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
b.         Mix until well blended, then refrigerate.
c.         Cut a circle out of the top of the bread and scoop out the inside. Tear the inside into pieces for dipping.
d.         Spoon the dip into the center of the bread bowl and serve accompanied by the pieces of bread for dipping.

2. Sweet Pea Mock a mole: 
To prepare this dip all you need is a few ingredients and a bit magic of yours hands..!
So here we go with the list-
•           1 cup frozen green peas, thawed and drained.
•           1 teaspoon ground cumin
•           3 tablespoons chopped onions
•           1 large clove garlic, chopped
•           1 tablespoon lemon juice
•           1 tablespoon olive oil
•           ½ tablespoon red pepper flakes
•           Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

After gathering ingredients together you require to follow these steps below-
•           Combine the peas, garlic, cumin and onion in the container of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
•           Add lemon juice and olive oil, and process just to blend.
•           Taste and season with red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
•           Blend it for a few more seconds and serve with love in a bowl along with chips crackers or fresh veggies.


BREAKFAST AND BRUNCH:
Bean Rarebit: 
This is a recipe for six serves and requires the following ingredients-
•           ¼  cup butter
•           ¼ cup chopped onion
•           ¼ cup all-purpose flour
•           ½ teaspoon salt
•           2 cups milk
•           1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
•           2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
•           1 can white beans, drained and rinsed

Here are the steps for preparation-
•           Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion until soft, about 5 minutes.
•           Stir flour and salt into onion until flour forms a paste, 1 to 2 minutes.
•           Gradually whisk milk and Dijon mustard into the onion mixture and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens, 5 to 7 minutes.
•           Stir Cheddar cheese and white beans into sauce until the cheese melts into the sauce, 5 to 7 minutes.
